It’s totally a first world problem, but the worst thing absolutely has to be trying to scoop hard ice cream from a container. I’ve definitely bent a few spoons in my days trying to scoop it out. Thankfully, America’s Test Kitchen has shared with us a new, ingenious way to scoop super-hard ice cream. Why didn’t I think of this before?!
